1. Compounded Semaglutide

- Indication: Used for weight management.

- Common Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, dehydration, kidney issues, thyroid tumors, pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and hypoglycemia.

- Drug Interactions: Increased risk of hypoglycemia with insulin and sulfonylureas. Delays gastric emptying affecting absorption of oral medications.


2. Everyday+

- Common Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, decreased appetite, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, gastritis.

- Note: Generally mild and transient.


3. Everyday+ Weight

- Common Side Effects: Similar to Everyday+, with bloating and oily stools.

- Precaution: Monitor dietary fat intake.


4. MIC+B12

- Common Side Effects: Injection site discomfort, nausea, fatigue.

- Precautions: Avoid if pregnant or nursing.


5. Methylene Blue

- Warnings: Risk of serotonin syndrome with serotonergic drugs.

- Common Side Effects: Headache, blue urine, nausea, diarrhea.

- Contraindications: Avoid in G6PD deficiency and with certain antidepressants.


6. Mounjaro®

- Indication: For type 2 diabetes management.

- Common Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain.

- Warnings: Potential thyroid tumors, pancreatitis, kidney failure. Increased risk of hypoglycemia with other diabetes medications.


7. Oral Semaglutide

- Warnings: Similar to compounded semaglutide regarding dehydration and thyroid issues.

- Drug Interactions: Similar to compounded semaglutide, with particular caution in adjusting thyroid hormone medications.


8. Ozempic®

- Black Box Warning: Similar thyroid cancer risks as above.

- Common Side Effects: Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache.

- Drug Interactions: Similar to compounded semaglutide.


9. Sermorelin

- Common Side Effects: Injection site reactions, dizziness, headache.

- Precautions: Not for use in pregnant or breastfeeding women.

10. Vardenafil + Tadalafil

- Common Side Effects: Headache, flushing, visual disturbances.

- Precautions: Avoid with nitrates due to potential cardiovascular risks.


11. Wegovy®

- Black Box Warning: Similar to Ozempic® regarding thyroid cancer risks.

- Common Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain.

- Drug Interactions: Similar to Ozempic®.


12. Zepbound®

- Indication: For weight management.

- Common Side Effects: Nausea, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort.

- Warnings: Similar to Mounjaro® regarding thyroid cancer risks.
